Great Lakes Trim has implemented robotics in house. This specific Robot has three different stations and uses a router bit to trim intricate detail out of our S-Rim panels for the John Deere Harvester.
Sonic Welding
Over the years, Great Lakes Trim has transitioned into sonic welding operations. We have 3 state of the art machines programmed by our highly skilled Technicians to ensure security of our mated components producing a top of the line product.
